This year the education leaders of the Texas charter schools community will convene in the state capital – the center of leadership for the state of Texas.  The city of Austin is also known for its innovation in such diverse areas as music and clean technology: Austin is both the “Live Music Capital of the World” and consistently ranks as one of the greenest cities in the country.  It is against this backdrop of of leadership and innovation that the theme of this year’s conference is “Leading the Way”.
